Collect Chance coupons and you can exchange them for items from Munil in Prontera.

2. Marine Casual Set (until Sep. 25th) Condition: Wearing Marine Casual Look Costume + Marine Casual Hat gives +5 in STR, AGI, INT, WIS, VIT.
